How long does it take to ship and deliver my order?

After placing your order, it will take approximately 2-3 Business Days to process your item(s) in our warehouse.

After your item(s) leave our warehouse, it will then take approximately 5-11 Business Days for your order to arrive at your shipping address. (add another 2-3 Business Days for non European countries).

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (excluding U.K. Federal Holidays)

How long does it take to process my order?

Our online store is open 24/7 so you can place your order online at any time.

However, our processing warehouse operates on the standard Monday-Friday Business Day schedule.

If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will not begin processing until the following Monday.

It usually takes 2-3 Business Days of processing before your order ships and leaves our warehouse. After your order leaves our warehouse, it usually arrives within the advertised shipping time estimate.

"Made to order" items require an additional 3-10 business day crafting period before shipping.

Your products will be fully quality checked before being packed and shipped.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you should receieve an email within 2-4 business days. This email will contain your tracking number(s) for your item(s). If you ordered multiple items, we might split your package and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Sometimes, tracking numbers will change so we may send you another shipping update email with updated tracking info (this usually takes an additional 3-5 business days).

My order tracking info says "Delivered" but I still haven't received my package.

If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you still haven't received your order, it could be due to one of the following issues:

Your package was sent to the wrong address by the shipping carrier
You typed in an incorrect shipping address during store checkout
Your package is being withheld by your apartment manager, landlord, post office, etc.
Your package was stolen or misplaced
Your package was placed somewhere unusual at your shipping address by the delivery person

What does it mean when my order says "unfulfilled"?

We are getting your orders ready when they have an "unfulfilled" status. This means they are currently being made (where applicable), quality checked and packed for shipment. Once your order has been shipped your order status will then change to "fulfilled". If your order is being sent with tracked delivery you will also receive a confirmation email with tracking information at this time.

Important Tax & Duties

The customer is responsible for any import or tax duties that may occur upon final delivery. Because taxes and duties are required by your country and collected by the mail carrier, we would have no control over these charges. When we ship out our orders we do our best to reduce the value of the order without breaking any rules to reduce the amount of duties and taxes to help out our customers.

Am I able to cancel or change my order?

If you accidentally placed an order, you have 24 hours to cancel the order in order to be qualified for an immediate refund and order cancellation.
